My screenshots aren’t showing up

Screendex needs access to your photos. Go to Settings › Screendex › Photos and choose Full Access. With Limited Access, only the photos you’ve picked appear.

How do I restore Screendex Pro on a new phone?

Open Screendex › Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought Pro with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name › Subscriptions › Screendex, or use Settings › Manage Subscription in the app.

Why does iOS ask me before deleting?

Apple asks you to confirm whenever any app deletes photos, and apps can’t turn this off. In Quick Sort, Screendex groups your deletes so you confirm them in one go.

Is my data backed up?

Your folders, notes and links live on your iPhone and are included in your normal iCloud or computer backup. Deleting the app deletes them, so keep your phone backed up.
